How Skill Packs Work
A Skill Pack is a pre-configured collection of Claude Code skills, MCP servers, and agent tools grouped around a single workflow. When you install a pack, Skiln registers every included tool in your Claude Code, Cursor, or Windsurf configuration at once. There is no manual copying of JSON, no hunting for environment variable names, and no version-mismatch headaches.
Each pack is tested to ensure all included skills work together without conflicts. Packs are versioned and updated as individual skills release new features, so your toolkit stays current automatically. You can also uninstall a pack in one step, cleanly removing every tool it added.
Why Use Skill Packs
Save time on setup. A typical React project benefits from skills covering component generation, styling, testing, accessibility auditing, and deployment. Manually finding and configuring each of those tools takes 30 minutes or more. The React Developer pack installs all of them in under 10 seconds.
Curated by domain experts. Every pack is assembled by developers who work in that domain daily. The Security Auditor pack, for example, includes vulnerability scanning, dependency auditing, and OWASP compliance tools because those are the tools security engineers actually use together during a code review.
No conflicts or bloat. Packs are tested for compatibility. You will not end up with two linters fighting each other or redundant database connectors that slow down your agent. Each pack is lean and focused on its workflow.
Works across clients. Skill Packs are compatible with Claude Code CLI, Claude Desktop, Cursor, Windsurf, Zed, and VS Code with the MCP extension. Install once and use everywhere.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is a Claude Skill Pack?
A Skill Pack is a curated bundle of Claude Code skills, MCP servers, and agent tools that work together for a specific development workflow. Think of it as a starter kit — instead of installing tools one by one, you get a tested, conflict-free collection that covers an entire domain like frontend development, security auditing, or data science.
How do I install a Skill Pack?
Click on any pack to open its detail page, then use the one-click install button. Skiln will configure all included skills in your Claude Code, Cursor, or Windsurf environment automatically. You can also install individual skills from within a pack if you only need specific tools.
Are Skill Packs free?
All Skill Packs on Skiln are free to browse and install. The individual skills and MCP servers within each pack are open source. Some upstream services that those skills connect to (cloud APIs, SaaS platforms) may have their own pricing — check each skill's documentation for details.
